Authorization
The authorization process is called whenever a process requiring access to the customer database is needed.
It utilizes both SMS and email to send out a 6-digit verification code which is matched by the bot.
The process is integrated with an RPA using Make and Twilio for SMS.
How to test?
Any process requiring customer access will trigger the authorization flow.
Ensure you already have an account with an active email address or phone number to receive the authorization code.
