Check Balance
The Check Balance process allows users to access their information from a database.
It utilizes an integration to a Google Sheet containing a large mock customer database.
It's been built to be as realistic as possible to a real banking database, containing personal details, account details, products, loans, credit cards and more.
Authorization is performed with a 6-digit verification code by SMS or email.
How to test?
Simply ask "what is my balance" to start the process.
Ensure you already have an account with an active email address or phone number to receive the authorization code.
