Facebook Automatic Comments

This is a great feature for engaging with customers on a Facebook post. Using our NLU, we can analyse comments for positive or negative sentiments and respond via Messenger.

If a user says something negative in a comment, the bot can automatically engage with that Facebook user and offer to resolve their issue or transfer to a human agent.

If positive, a bot can engage to request feedback for NPS scores.

How to test?

1. Go to the first Facebook Messenger post on the SentiOne BBP Demo Bot page.

2. Comment on the post with a negative or positive sentiment e.g. "You're amazing BBP" or "You're really bad today".

3. Click this link to trigger. The bot will message you via Messenger automatically.

4. Based on a positive or negative analysis, the bot should respond accordingly. Engage with the bot as normal.

Note: Due to integration restrictions (calls to API) it is currently set to responed manually, using this link. For demos, we can switch this to automatic mode.
